For this project, I was directed to create a book design for a short story of my choosing. After rereading the short story, I developed a design in my preferred minimalist style. I wanted the cover to call back to the bricks that seal the fate of the protagonist's perceived enemy; I also included imagery that alludes to the topic of decpetion that's explored in the story.
